98 Starfire Holiday Coupe Trans Oil

Hi all, what is the suggested oil for my 4sp auto

From: Southside Vajenya

Use Dexron III. Do not use Dexron IV, V or VI, or whatever Roman numeral it's up to now.

Original fluid was Type A Suffix A and was formulated with whale oil. It hasn't been available for decades.
