68 442 4-speed trans mount

Working on a car I need a new mount for. I thought I could just pick up a cheapy auto part store TH350 mount (maybe I still can) but both Orielly and Autozone say automatic with no listing for a 4-speed. I don't have a old one to compare to.

I was looking at the PartsPlace catalog and they list a specific part number for 4-speed but when I checked to see if auto uses the same part number it lists a different number but says fits auto or std trans in the description.

Rich here's an idea, have Joe take a pic and send it to you. Then compare a new Energy suspension polyurethane mount. If that'll work could you use it? They're cheap.

Fusiks catalog finally down loaded and they show one for TH400 and one for everything else so I should be able to grab a cheap rubber mount to get it on the road for now.

Good deal! I guess if it doesn't work you're only out a couple of bucks. I know the motor mounts are like $6 each or something like that.

I used the Energy suspension polyurethane mount. Don't use the metal spacer that comes in the kit or the trans will sit too high and the driveshaft will rub the tunnel.
