Turbo 400 Kick Down

I have installed a Turbo 400 trans in my 66 Cutlass, I need to figure out how to get the kickdown to work. Has anyone been thru this before. The Acc. pedal pivots from the floor. I would prefer to use some sort on OEM setup if possible, even if I need to modify an original part so it looks correct and works good.
Thanks for your input
Ron

Did you have an ST300 in there before? If so you can use the switch on the firewall to work on the t400 as well.
