Turbo 400 code

I have a turbo 400 with a code of AE on the tag. I have not been able to identify what year it is or what it might have come out of. Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

AE was used by Cadillac. The tag with that code will have a series of stamped numbers and letters at the bottom. The first two digits are the year. This may have come from a Seville with the Olds 350.

Thanks Joe. The tag is damaged and pretty hard to read but it's either 80 or 86. The trans seems to have all of the characteristics of a turbo 400. All of the cooler lines, modulator vacuum line etc. look like a 400. Would they have used that on a 350 in a Cadilllac?

Actually, Caddy did use the TH400 behind the Olds 350 in the Seville, but only in the 1976-1979 model years. If that's really a 1980 trans, it probably came out of a Fleetwood. In 1980-81, the TH400 was used behind the Caddy 368 motor in the RWD cars.
