Transmission to steering column linkage connection to frame

Hi! Can I trouble anyone to post a photo from under the car of the bracket that connects to the frame and holds in the transmission to steering column linkage? Mine is not playing nicely with me. I included a photo from the ASM with the part circled in blue. Thanks!

Your plastic bushing is probably shot or missing

The plastic bushing is there. But I can't seem to fit the linkage into the socket where the bushing sits. It fits in nicely by itself but once I have the rod in the trans coupler, the spring area of the linkage won't reach the bushing area. Maybe it's because I have it already attached to the steering column? Maybe the steering column attachment attaches last??
