tko600 twisted yoke splines

Has anyone with a tko 600 twisted the internal splines on the front driveshaft yoke?

What the hell'd ya do?? I ran one in a 4800lb F-150 Lightning with slicks with no problems. Several passes even on a drag radial. Oh, it was pushing about 500lb ft of torque out of a 4.10 rear end.

Or if it was not inserted in to the tail shaft far enough, i.e., driveshaft too short?

The yoke is inserted far enough. Whether or not it is heat treated I do not know.
The spline is displaced about ten thou if you look down the inside of it 3/4 of the length of it.
The yoke came from American powertrain along with the tko
Will a file test tell me if it is the cryo hardened version?
This will likely happen again

I can't say for sure that the trans output shaft is ok, but i suspect it is ok. We know it is hardened. Without dis-assembly I can't tell. It looks straight when inspected with a flashlight.

That's an odd one. I's seen them twist if the drive shaft is too short with the yoke not in far enough as above mentioned.

cryogenic hardening?

Anyone know if I can check with a file for cryo hardening? I asked for the hardened yoke but don't know if I got it back 3 years ago.
