Delmont 88 PA

I'm rebuilding the TH400 from my 1967 Delmont 88 which will have a 455 with, I'm guessing, no more than 400 HP (KB 18cc pistons, ***** Thumper cam, C heads, 750 Quick Fuel carb, air gap intake and headers).

Has anyone run into any common problems during assembly of this particular type of tranny? My plan at this point is to do a stock assembly with a shift kit. The car will not be raced but will be driven hard on the street.

Any suggestions would be welcome.
