th400 kickdown

Can anyone spare a minute to show me how they mounted their kickdown switch? I have a lot of washers, and odd little nubby parts that I have no idea what order they go on.

That one appears to connect to the carb, vs the floor mount switch like the older A bodys.

I'm not much help, but you want that switch to activate near full throttle..duh

That is awsome J. Could you post the link to where you found that item? Is it just in the B&M catalog? I will need one eventually. Getting a kit like that is better than hunting the salvage yards for old parts.

I got mine from a local guy for $20.

Lokar makes both electronic and cable kick down aftermarket kits. Expensive but qualtity products
