speedo help over drive to a 350 turbo

hey all i changed out my over drive trans in my 84 cutlass calais to a 350 turbo and now my speedo is way fast how do i fix this prob

Welcome; We have been waiting patiently for your question...change the driven gear in your transmission- more teeth= slower
