Need TH350 Trans Cooler Lines, Who likes ILT?

Hey All,

I'm slowly getting back into cutlass season, and this is my first project.

I noticed my lower transmission cooler line is leaking (drip once in a while) but it's sure bothering me alot...

Everyone has talked to me about ILT alot, but i've never bought anything from them... Do they make high quality lines?? I also need a couple decals and stupid other stuff for my engine bay.

Cheers,

-Tony

I just got a set of front brake lines from Inline. Pretty nice, went in with only a little effort.

Their trans lines did not fit on my 67 442. I was told to stretch them! Trashed them and bought them from The Right Stuff detailing.

Std issue 455 Stainless Steel fuel pump to carb lines [bought 3, one going to Europe] failed miserably. No way were they going to fit w/o bending to destruction. Not a little tweak, but like 10 degrees off on the alignment. In a way that cannot be fixed w/o kinking the tube.

Shape looked OK *on the bench* vs the stock but ugly part, but close examination showed errors. I have photos of the poor fitment, of course. They initially tried to blame the user for attempting to fit to a non-stock FP. So, photos showing the poorly fitting tube attached to the stock AC pump were provided. I also sent them the correctly fitting OEM tube removed from the engine, with all the correct bends and shapes, so they could use that for a master from which to make proper fitting duplicates. Furthermore I offered to construct a jig [for free] in which to verify correct fitment of subsequent production runs. This was met with silence, then later derision, lies, and worse behavior yet at the 2009 Homecoming.

If another vendor offers the part, you way wish to patronize folks with more integrity. They do offer some real nice parts though.

This is great stuff. The cooler lines are not too expensive. Almost not worth the cost of trying to pre-bend my own.

Thanks!

Right Stuff worked great for me. They are cheaper if you get from a vendor instead of directly from Right Stuff
