Mag-Hytec TH400 transmission pan

Have anyone considered using a Mag-Hytec TH400 transmission pan? I like the deep pan and magnetic drain plug. The only thing that concerns me is the stock dipstick. I was wondering if you can check the fluid in a deep pan with a stock dipstick or a aftermarket one. I was considering buying one for my 72' 442. http://mag-hytec.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_7&product s_id=97

Stock dipstick works., the extra capacity is below so the safe margin of fluid fill up remains the same you just now have to run more fluid.
