Hurst linkage/hdw

Restoring an old Muncie with all the Hurst linkage/shifter. Im looking to replace all the old shifter bushings, linkage retaining pins, spring washers and shaft adjustments.
When I source this stuff it all seems to be the newer style and not the old style hdw.
Does anybody know where to get the vintage stuff or are we just supposed to convert to the new stuff?
My old linkage only has bushings on the shifter arms. It seems they sell a lot of bushings for the rods but those only fit the new style I believe?
My period correct linkage doesn't have bushings on the rods, just thin spring washers and a clevis pin.
Anybody have any insight on this?

Call Hurst. If you can get them on the phone they are very knowledgeable about what parts go with what trans. I sent them a rusty old shifter and what I got back looked like a new part. Plus I got all the correct rods and connectors for my particular Muncie.
