TH350 how do i convert from column shift to floor shift. Also how will I put the brackets on the transmission please help?

There are two brackets on the transmission, one attaches to the pan and holds the cable housing in place. The other is on the shifter bolt that rotates as the transmission goes through the gears. It is where the cable attaches. There should be several threads discussing this, try the search option and see what you find.
