68-69 shift cable,cable mount, shift lever

I am having trouble locating the above parts to convert column to console for a jetaway tranny. I thought they would be plentiful since many are replacing the jetaways to TH350 or TH400. Any ideas?

Sorry Paratroopeer, I see I wasn't very clear. I am looking to keep the jetaway. All cables I've seen are for the turbo hydramatics but none for the jetaway.
