FYI, I just changed by turbo350 trans to a 200r4 and have a Dual Gate Shifter. Needed to make the dual gate work with the 4 speed trans. Found the www.shiftworks.com and purchased their conversion kit. It makes the neutral spot the overdrive spot and Park/reverse/neutral are found where the present park/neutral once where. On the dual gate side 1-3 work the same but shifting to 4th will spring you back to the other side. As shiftworks told me, it is not perfect but it works. Did not have any problem with the install and luckliy appear to have it right the first time.
