Clutch Rod Length

Can anyone tell me what the length of the clutch rod from the pedal to the Z-var length is center of pin to center of pin for 71 442 with M22?

Anyone know where I can get this measurement? I really just need to know which is longer or shorter. Do the older cars, 65-68 or where ever the cutoff is have a longer or shorter rod than the newer, 70-72 cars? I need this rod and the person I am talking to about buying this rod has two lengths, but is not sure which is for my 71. The lengths he has are 14" and 15" rods. Can anyone tell me if my car takes the longer or shorter rod? Then I am seeing longer and shorter rod assemblies for the rod from the Z-bar to the fork as well. Any idea which one I need for this rod?

Seem like easy solution, buy them both, can't be that expensive.

The factory clutch uses the shorter rod that, from memory, is around 6.25". Use the 1" longer one on an aftermarket clutch that needs more adjustment.
