65 cutlass turbo 350 kick down

65 cutlass turbo 350 kick down
When you convert a 65 cutlass that had a 2 speed jet away in it, to a turbo 350 how do you do the kickdown cable? I Know how it’s done on 68 to 72 cars with the pedal in the hole through the firewall but a 65 pedal is different. Thanks for any help Brandon

With a universal Chevy style cable for the detent. Some mounting fabrication required.
