200R4 TV cable

Can anyone tell me how much cable pulls out of the TV cable of a 200R4? I get about 1" out of mind. Is this is correct? Thanks

Yeah, that's about right. The tech page on the Extreme Automatics website has some good info on what the valve looks like on the trans, how the geometry works, etc.
The only way to really check what's going on, if you're really paranoid, is to get the cable hooked up and adjusted, then pull the trans pan and inspect the throttle WOT and throttle closed positions of the TV plunger.

Yup, the only thing unique is the specific pressure readings. The critical thing is that the pressure immediately increases when performing the test like they describe. Your specific idle pressure and max line pressure may be different depending on the pump and TV springs.
