1992 700r4 Question Custom Cruiser?

My 92 Custom Cruiser needs a trans. Hoping to find a good used unit. The question is are they all the same length/interchangeable, say a Camaro vs Caprice vs Roadmaster ? It seems in 1993 the trans went electronic. Thanks

I'd think you could get a transmission for your Custom Cruiser from a Chevy Caprice or Buick Roadmaster station wagon at the very least.

Just a couple things to look out for. You'll need one with an electronic speedo output, which would be most cars/trucks after 88. They also have a 60° V6 bellhousing pattern that wont fit a SBC.
