1965 f/s Olds: TH400 Short- or Long-tail?

I am swapping the Jetaway out of my 1965 Olds Jetstar 88 for a 1967 Buick short-tail TH400. The 400 had been the standard automatic in the Dynamics and Deltas for '65; can anyone tell me if these (Olds) cars came with a short or long-tail 400? I assume it was a short-tail, and if so, I can then swap the Jetstar driveshaft for a stock driveshaft from a Dynamic or Delta - which are not too uncommon. The original Jetaway is actually longer than the (new) 400 that I've picked up, making the driveshaft I've got just a little too short...any suggestions appreciated -thanks!
