Have my eyes on a 1969 Olds Toronado.A friend of mine's uncle has one in the garage and offered to buy it from him.Needs tires which are dry rotted,brake work.Been sitting there for 3 years.Good thing is there is a plastic sheet on the concrete floor with no rust in the floor.I have a replacement gas tank,sending unit for it,know it has varnish and trash in the tank.I offered him a good amount of money for and turned it down at first.Said he is talking selling it and will give me a call

 

Wish I could have kept my 68 but parts are so scarce. Gas tank was done, i patched it all i could. Couldn’t find another. If you have a good gas tank that’s a good thing. Also they’re just not high dollar cars, they should be, but ended up selling mine way too cheap. Seems people love them or hate them and I think there’s more of the latter.
