With a short wrench, or possibly a crow's-foot wrench on a ratchet, you should be able to get to that last fastener. If not, the passenger side shaft just pulls out of the differential once you remove the passenger side axle mount attached to the motor. You may have to tap it with a hammer to get it to release, but mine slid right out. Once the axle is out of the way, unbolt the torque converter and seperate the engne from the trans. Then you will be able to access the last bolt/ nut holding the differential to the trans.
