Anyone got engine pics?

Hi Guys I'm almost done gettin my new 455 back in my 70, trouble is I'm not the one who took all of it apart and eventho I've worked on these in the day and occasionally since I can't remeber where the hell a few things go and can't find reference pics...a pic is worth a thousand words...I think 68-70 will work, with air cleaner off (please), front of engine pass side and top..., I got a couple brackets that i'm not sure where they go, one is heavy, about 8-10 inches long and 1 inch wide with slight angle in center...may go to a/c to water pump? and the other is a little **** 1 inch by one inch angled with spring type notch, that may be the accelerator return spring bracket...but I ain't sure, but if I had pics I could tell then....thanks, cliff

455 pics

Hopefully, these will help...the first one you describe does sound like the lower compressor bracket as shown in one of the pics...not sure about the other...if you post a pic of the part, I'm sure someone can id it.

thanks guys, scott's pic is one I Needed, I thought it (the bracket)went behind the a/c adjuster because theres a space between the large engine a/c bracket and the adjuster plate on mine, is there a spacer behind a/c adjuster on that adjuster bolt? buy the way mine is a 70 toro...I'll try to post pics of small bracket later, still could use pics of vacum line hook ups on engine too.. update...I put it togther as in pics and all is well! thanks, cliff

I just did this work recently and don't remember there being a spacer used on any of the ac bracket bolts.

right, I went ahead and put it together(no spacer) and made sure rear bolt was loose and it worked fine, perfect alignment with belts, so just an optical illusion i guess...thanks
