Greetings - I posted the Buyer's Guide from RockAuto showing other vehicles that use the same part number shock absorber that's used on the rear of your '69 Toronado.
If you search for air shocks for one of these vehicles, you might be able to find an equivalent part that might be able to be used on your Toronado.
Obviously you'll need to do further research once you get down to the details for the actual part number selected, before you make a purchase or install.
