66?Toro runs shaky when warmed up

Mine came with a rebuilt Rock Auto q jet, it starts to run shaky and sometimes bogs from a start when it's warmed up. Kind of a rhythmic shaking, doesn't stall but seems almost like a misfire. Any idea what might cause this?

With just replacing the carb i would be checking for a vacuum leak of some sort.

Shaking means misfiring.

Put a vacuum gage on it and see how much vacuum it is pulling. It should be at least 15 inches. I am betting vacuum leak.

And, while you have the vacuum gauge hooked up adjust each of your A/F mixture screws (independently) to the highest vacuum you can achieve.

Yeah I'll have to work on checking the vacuum with my vac gauge when the temp here gets milder and the roads clear of salt etc.
