I have a 67 toro the rt rear windows does not quite come all the way up to make a good seal on the front window rubber is there a adjustment? the motor was changed out before I bought it

You will probably have to take out the trim. Door and maybe some of the back trim. Just had to replace my 78 Eldorado window motor. Doesn’t have the rear windows, but I am sure the front ones are similar. Does take a few hours.
