the rt rear window doesn't quite come all the way up to make a good seal on the front window rubber is there a adjustment? the motor assy was changed before I bought the car it is a 67 toronado

The 1967 Fisher Body Manual should go into detail on these adjustments. They can be complicated.
If you don't have a copy, you may be able to download one for free from WildAboutCars (a '68 manual may be fine, too).
