1973 Toronado

A friend of mine has a 1973 Toronado in Belgium and is looking to do a restoration on the car. He is looking for the original color of the car along with other items. I have tried to research Cowl/Body Tag decoders and can't find the correct one for a 73. Can anyone point me in the right direction or help?
I have attached a picture of the cowl tag.

I'm not sure how to decode the tag. Did you check the paint color in the door jambs and under the trunk?

Here's a paint chip library you can use when you know the OE color.

Yep, the Library prevails.
Though I'm not 100% sure of the top color.
Did or does it look like it had a vinyl roof or no? 2-166 would be logical as the other trim colors indicate T = light neutral.
Light neutral roof would coincide with TR016 which indicates light neutral interior.

As noted, paint code 66 is Tanbark, roof color T is beige.

Trim code 016 is Neutral vinyl notch back bench seat interior.
