Just an FYI for anybody looking for new brake drums for their old Toronado. They are available from Raybestos, part #1269R. You can't buy them directly, but Raybestos lists their distributors on their website. There will be one near you somewhere. As received, my four new drums were all slightly out of round which was disappointing, but after turning they fit and work perfectly.

Great to know as they'll also fit my '67. Appreciate the information!
These are also available at RockAuto. See the screen capture below.
I priced these locally through NAPA and OReilly, and even with shipping, RockAuto was substantially less.
I'm all for buying locally, I just want other's on here to make informed decisions before purchasing.
I bought mine years ago, and they work just fine, but the external cooling fins are not exactly the same as OEM, for those that might be expecting a functional AND visual replacement.
And yes, these fit front or rear drum brakes.
I believe Eldorado used rear-disc brakes beginning in '76, that's why the buyer's guide below ends with '75, while Toro applications went up to and included '78.

Thanks ToroX6 - I accidentally stumbled on these at O'Reilly as well.
Yes, I noticed the Raybestos specs say "NO" Outer Cooling Fins - disappointing since the picture clearly shows fins, and since I assume the fins would increase heat dissipation which in turn would be helpful in maintaining brake performance.
I don't know if the specs have changed. The drum below was purchased a few years ago.
In my opinion, an error in the product description is more likely than the complete elimination of cooling fins. If someone makes a more recent purchase please let us know the cooling fin status.
The drums from a few years ago have cooling fins, but the fins don't exactly match the OE drums.

Makes sense that the description is wrong. My AutoZone ones I’ve had for 13 years (while the car was being restored) needed turned only, so I’m back in business with new wheel cylinders, new shoes, and new hardware at all 4 corners. Next step is to do the front disc conversion as soon as my shop garage is finished. I wasn’t going to invest a lot of money and time into the front drums but with a leaking RF wheel cylinder, it was a must if I wanted to drive the car in the interim. And we all know the deal: if you do one side, you might as well do the other.
