Are Halo vinyl tops rare on 1971 Cutlass Supremes and if not is it a simple change to a full vinyl top ?

Halo tops were the only vinyl top available on the 1970-71 Supremes and were very, very common (painted metal was FAR more common). The 1972 Supremes changed to the full vinyl top. You'll need to use the trim from a 72 if you want to convert your 71 to a full top.
