The Oldsmobile QJet fix demonstrates their more thorough approach to engineering, recalls and factory fixes compared to others.
So that's really interesting to me. These fixes were not issued by Rochester but rather the manufacturer of the car? I guess I just assumed that these were Rochester driven bulletins.
