Paint code assembly cobe

What does the g code assembly plant mean on the body number plate and is rallye red always a - - or can it be a number. Thanks

G=Framingham Mass.
- - is special order paint or optional paint code
And yes, it could actually have number code.

"G" is the Framingham, MA assembly plant
I've seen Sebring Yellow cars with 51 51 paint code instead of - - , so I would expect other special order colors to similarly use the number, especially for plants other than Lansing. Rally Red would have been paint code 73.
