Is there any publications, websites or knowledge base any where that can cross reference GM parts. Specifically, I need seat belts for a 76 Cutlass Supreme with bucket seats. I am sure a lot of other cars have the ame seat belts.

Or are the seat belts repairable? The belts themselves are in good shape. The retractor on the floor will not retract enough to allow the belts to be released. Very troublesome.
