As for springs, Moog is my favorite, as well as for many others as well.
You will need to tell us what you expect in ride and what engine, A/C or not, regular rate or sport or heavy duty, front or rear, if you plan to tow, etc.
I used Bilstein shocks and the ride seems pretty good.

no A/C and its a 350.. so far ive replaced all the bushings and ball joints.. And plan on running disc brakes in the dront, no towing and i would imagine stock ride is fine the cars a daily driver (or atleast will be)
some of the coils on rock dont have much description with them, just kinda nervous to pull the trigger.. im getting down to the wire here getting this car back to a roller and dont have time to return parts
thanks!

I got the MOOG 5450
I have a 72 350 w AC the 5450 is a higher rate spring my car is a DD
The ride height is the same as the stock 40yo worn springs only firmer (no bottoming) which is to say I believe its slightly lower than the stock cutlass supreme might have been originally (maybe FE2 spec) the car sits ~1/2" lower in front when measured on the rockers fr and rr the stance is perfect (IMO
)
my rears are new replaced before I got the car but I suspect they are a MOOG equivelant to the 5450 for the rear
I would buy them again

I did the Moog set up from Rockauto on my 70 but i did the heavy duties.
Thank god you said you did ball joints and bushings. I can see Rob's lip quivering now with his MAW list LOL LOL
. Its like peer pressure in high school cant do anything but do what the cool kids do.

I used the heavy duties to get the W29 suspension firmness. The front I used the HD Moogs and the rear used the STD Moogs. Spring rates are vary close yo original W29 spec.
Do make sure you get rear springs for a 2 door coupe, not for the heavier sedan or 'vert'. Otherwise your ride height may be slightly taller.
If you want the softer regular spring for up front, use #5390.
Use 6321 for the rear, as it will be more firm than the factory ones. The HD ones are too firm for the rear, unless you plan to tow.
But did you clean or / and refinish all the parts before you reinstalled them?
Surely you did not install the new suspension on a skuzzie-lookin' frame....
