front end

My 69 cutlass sits on its back side like most. Can someone recommend specific springs for the front to lower it?

Unless your just trying to lower the whole car, your problem may be with the rear springs if the rear is lower than the front.

No Cutlass "sits on its backside" under normal circumstances. If your car is not level, and you haven't done something on purpose to make it not level, then there is a problem with your setup.

These '69 Cutlasses look pretty darn level to me.

How about showing a photo of your car so we can see how unlevel it is?

Have you measured the ride height to see which end is not correct? The diagram below should help with that.
