Howdy all. New here. Also new owner of a wonderful 77 Cutlass Supreme. 102k miles. Incredibly excited about this car and already got some centerlines wheels on it. I am looking to ad new springs / shocks in the back. I might be at the yard today here in Colorado and was curious what other vehicles have interchangable rear springs for my car? Looking for a heavy duty spring to potentially give a bit more lift in rear. Thanks
the rear right side is sagging an inch lower than the left side in pic. stock springs and shocks are shot I believe. On a really tight budget and might go to the yard today. going to try to find wagon springs. Any others I should look for?
Take a look at Moog's website. They have an entire listing you can sort for "pigtail" springs. Wagon's are a good start but there's a chance yours are just worn and need a factory replacement. If you don't want it sitting very high, another option is the 94-96 Impala SS. They're a little stiffer and a little shorter but won't drop it more than an inch.
