Suspension question

I was just curious im restoring my front suspension and did the driver side already now im starting the passenger side and noticed alot of black grease on the drop spindle and upper ball joint is that normal was i suppose to have lube the driver side when i did the other side ?

NO suspension part is pre-lubed from the factory, and metal-to-metal unlubed parts wear-out fast!

will wheel bearing grease do the trick so should i go grease up the the other side

Wheel bearings should be packed correctly, with a seal on the inside!
It's 'tapped on' the rotor or drum!

Chassis grease!
Go buy a hand grease gun + grease at a auto parts store!
Fill everything until the rubber bulges.

I do not know about you guys,but I am thrilled when I see a grease nipple-must be getting older on these cars.My wife's Mazda does not have one-everything is sealed

Ball jooints get chassis grease, wheel bearings get high-temp bearing grease.
Lube everything well before driving!

That's exactly why I put the happy face after "getting older" I felt old typing it......

The proper name is "Zerk fitting".
I don't think my wife has any of those either.
