Front Spindle, Backing Plate and Caliper Plate

I am ready to install the my front Rotor's and found two round gaskets that I believe go between the Caliper Plate and Backing Plate. They look to be the correct ID and OD.

Does anyone know if this is correct, having a paper gasket between the two? I believe it would keep any squeaks and/or rattling away.

I know, I need a CSM.
