Drop it down...

Have a '66 F85. Wanting to drop it 3-4 inches all way around. Any recommendations?

Air Ride. Bring bags of cash.

An inch or two is easy. Four inches is a lot of work. Simply cutting springs changes the camber curve of the suspension and completely screws up handling.

What's your budget and intended use for the car?

Like Joe said, anything more than 2" becomes a fair bit more expensive to do it properly.
