73-77 front tubular control arms

I have been looking for upper and lower tubular control arms for my 76 and can't seem to find any listings, Just wondering if any of the guys with 73-77 have done the swap and where you purchased them from.
Thanks
Eric

I've never seen them before....but I just don't know how much weight you would be saving compared to the stamped stuff. I just melt out the rubber bushings, leave the shells, and put the polyurethane ones in the old shells. As for the uppers, the UCA tool Advance rents is great. Hard part is getting the nuts off sometimes. Are you racing the thing??

No racing here, The bushings are dried up on the upper's, not much better on the lowers. I did find a couple sites that do have them, very pricey thou. Global West Suspensions also SC/C that another member mentioned. I was hoping they would be alot lighter than the huge stamped arms, also the caster advantages looked appealing. It may not be worth the hassle or price at the moment. I would like to find out the weight difference with these heavy 76-77's ( tubular vs stamped ) . I'd like to get rid of as much weight as possible.
Thanks for your reply
Eric
