1963 f85 rear shocks

Anyone have a proper part number for rear shocks for my 1963 f85? 4 door 4 barrel. Everytime I do find a listing it appears to be the wrong part. My old (im sure original) shock are 25" when fully extended. All the listings I have found is for shocks which max out at 22". I tried installing the listed part# but the wheel was so stuffed into the wheelwell I couldnt even get the tire on. Appreciate your help!

My experience with lifted 4WD Jeeps is finding the appropriate shock by looking at the manufacturers specs to find one with the correct mounting style, then with the desired extended length and collapsed length. You should be able to get that info from your old shocks.

Kanter sells new no-name brand shocks. I've found correct NORS shocks on ebay.

Update

After much internet sleuthing I was able to find some with the same lengths. They did not require a ton of modification to mount but I did have to get a bit creative.

The shocks are KYB 344082

The car drives much nicer now, not nearly as "Uncle Buck" ish..
