Divorced choke with Edelbrock intake

I have an Edelbrock Performer RPM intake on my 69 Olds 350, and want to take off the Edelbrock carb (which has a manual choke) and put my Q-jet back on. Is there a way to connect the divorced choke on the Q-jet to either my manual choke cable, or to the original choke coil?

No way to do a divorced choke, but you can do what many of us have and get a later model electric choke. It fits right in the original choke housing and you only need to find 12v ignition hot to run it. I tapped the windshield wiper motor, but there's lots others, too.
