Divorced Choke/Carb assistance!!

Hey Guy's

I am considering running an Edelbrock Performer intake on my 67 Cutlass 330 w/Jetaway and have some questions about the choke set-up. The quadrajet I bought is the matching 4 brl. quadrajet and has the set up for a divorced choke. Is there any way around this or does anybody make a rig that can allow me to use the Edelbrock intake with divorced choke? Am I better off getting a different 4 brl quad that has the hot stove choke or converting over to an electric choke Holley? Any suggestions are welcome as in I really want to get my car on the road.

There's an eectric choke kit available for your Holley, with instructions.
Much better, overall.

Could always put a manual choke on the QJet

I thought the Performer allowed for a divorced choke and the RPM didn't..
????

Either way, there's a lot of kits to convert whatever Q-Jet you have to electric, manual, etc...
