Cold Air intake options

On my 350, I am thinking about installing this product (or something similar) http://www.jegs.com/i/Spectre/865/728/10002/-1

Where would be a good place to mount the intake end of the duct hoses? I do not want to replace the headlights on the 70 Cutlass S.

Of course, if the performance is not worth the effort or price, than please let me know.

With the scoops below the bumper--Wouldn't that pick up water from the roadway easier?? Or is this a nonfactor due to the water not being able to travel the distance to the carb. Granted the car would not be fording a creek or anything, but I always wondered if this was an issue.

You could always go snorkle driving when it rains ,I usually dont take my olds out in the rain but can never tell what mother nature will so but under bumper mount should not be a problem
