Can anyone out there help me find a cast iron 1978 intake manifold for a 1978 260ci Oldsmobile engine. The manifold is for a 2 barrel carb only(only option)
no distributor hole in manifold and the ports that match the heads are square.

 

Have you tried the local wrecking yards? I would think that is a fairly common item and not that much in demand, since the 260 was not a performance engine and were many late 70's small Oldsmobiles with that engine.

 

I've tried several wrecking yards near my home in northern Ohio, can't find one yet with an internet search. Have applied to a salvage search at wrecking yards over the internet but no luck. I thought it would be a common item to find also.
I want to thank all you other Old's fans out there for your help and if anyone else has any ideas please pass them my way.
