350 exhaust manifolds

Recently had a dual exhaust installed on a '70 Cutlass wagon with a 350. The driver side manifold has an exhaust leak where it bolts to the block. Did olds use gaskets? Can the manifolds be removed with the engine still installed?

Thanks
J.R.

Olds didn't use gaskets from the factory. Yes the manifolds can be removed but manifold bolts can seize and break, be careful. We had a few Olds powered cars come into the shop I worked at years back, put in the basic Felpro manifold gasket and problem solved.
