New Small Block rods

As most of you know, the only aftermarket rod currently available for a small block Olds is sold by RPP, with questionable quality and at a very high price.
So I’m happy to announce I should have an H beam rod available by April 1, at a much better price point, less than $400.00 a set.
It will fit a regular Olds crank and be bushed for the .980 pin. Anticipated weight should be somewhere around 50-75gr less than a stock rod, even with the supplied 7/16” 8740 bolts. It’ll be a welcome addition to the newly available Mahle pistons.

I’ll keep you all posted on any and all progress, thanks!

Good news, I’m wanting to refresh the bottom end of my 350 with stronger parts.

Hmmm probably not. They told me 6-8 weeks starting next week. On top of that I always add a week or two just in case. I know you’re looking for your build to be complete way before then, sorry.

Any updates on these rods, I know you make a big effort for us, I have been waiting quite a while for something like this just like the pistons you helped with.
