I haven't heard of any issues with the Fel Pro turkey tray gasket.
As for the "best" intake gasket, that may depend upon the application as there are different types: one piece metal turkey tray, two piece metal (turkey tray without the tray), and composition gaskets such as Mr Gasket 405G.
