What kind of exhaust is this?
I was wondering what kind of set up get this crackling style exhaust at idle? Glasspacks seem like they would be too loud. I know that is a W31 Ram Rod in the video but its just an example

Possibly chambered pipes. The ones for a 69 Chevelle are reproduced http://sweet-thunder.com/chambered_unique_chevelle.html and would be a bolt-in for an Olds A-body.
I expect it's a Flow though.
