Upper radiator hose
Hi everyone, can anyone help me find the correct upper radiator hose for my 70 cutlass 350, auto, A/C. I know there are two out there. I have the more S-shaped one (compared with the more strait one) on there and would like to replace it with the same. I feel i have looked everywhere i can think of but no luck. Thanks everyone.

Fusick has the proper hose 402153. Their stamping is a little off but the hose is properly shaped and fits well.

Thank you speed for the reply, sorry this is not the one. i will take a pic of it in the morning. It looks much different and fits very well. I have seen it on other cutlasses but was not in the market for one at the time so i didn't ask about it.

That's closer speed, thanks. I'm trying to add the pic. now but have been unsuccesful. I will figure it out. I am very new to this blog and have not nailed it down yet.

Just curious, is this one of the hoses with the coil inside to prevent collapse when cooling down?

I thought all upper hoses had the spring in them , or they would collapse

No spring in the upper hose, just the lower one where there is suction from the pump.

If there is negative pressure in the top hose the system will draw either air or coolent from the vented radiator cap depending the your setup.

If your top hose is collapsing, your having a venting issue in that part of the system.

Actually neither my upper or lower has a spring in them. I was mostly curious because the upper hose is listed the same for 70 - 72.
